I am a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for women through the integration of conventional medicine and integrative approaches.
I am a graduate of Weill Cornell's Physician Assistant program. My career began in oncology, where I honed my skills providing comprehensive care to patients with cancer. My experience encompassed a wide range of oncological conditions, from diagnosis to survivorship. Throughout, I witnessed the importance of integrative care in improving patient outcomes during and after treatment. I continued to work with cancer survivors in the years that followed their active treatment, exploring various complementary therapies to help restore their health and wellness. I also work in women’s mental health, which provdes me with another unique perspective to Integrative Medicine. Mental and physical health are profoundly interconnected and psychiatry concretizes for me the value of treating the whole person, not just their symptoms.
My passion for Integrative Medicine grew from recognizing the limitations of traditional approaches in addressing the complex needs of my patients. At Custom Wellness, I provide a welcoming space for women seeking a comprehensive and personalized approach to their healthcare.
Let's work together to take control of your health through a blend of evidence-based therapies, including nutrition, acupuncture, mindfulness, and more. Whether you're a cancer survivor looking for post-treatment support, dealing with chronic symptoms and illnesses, or simply seeking a more integrative approach to wellness, I am here to guide and support you on your path to optimal health and well-being.
